Our Attorneys

Leonard L. Shober is an attorney and a principal in the Law Offices of Leonard L. Shober, P.C., an elder law firm in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. Len received his legal degree from Temple University with honors in 1986. Len was the recipient of the prestigious BNA Award as a senior classman. Len obtained a Masters of Law degree (LLM) in Taxation, from Temple University School of Graduate Legal Studies. Len received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from LaSalle University majoring in Psychology. Prior to entering law school, Len worked as a clinical social worker and individual and family counselor at Eagleville Hospital and Interim House. This experience has provided Len with the ability to work with individuals and families faced with the crises of long term care confinement.

Len is a frequent lecturer and has assisted various civic groups and community organizations in understanding these complicated areas of the law. Len has also taught continuing education courses for accountants in Pennsylvania. Len is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, United States District Court for the Eastern District, the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Elder Law Committee and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys ("NAELA").

Renee C. Rock is an attorney and partner in the Law Offices of Leonard L. Shober, P.C., an elder law firm in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania.  Renee graduated from the Widener University School of Law in May, 2000.  Renee is a graduate of Arcadia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, and a graduate of Manor College with an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies.  Renee concentrates her practice in Elder Law and Estate Administration.

Renee continues to remain active in the Paralegal Studies Program at Manor College, where she is a professor of Estates and Trusts law, and a member of the Advisory Board for the Paralegal Program.  Renee is a member of the American Bar Association, ABA Section on Real Property Probate and Trusts, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Elder Law Committee, Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Elder Law Committee.
